How can I verify my organization?

To use certain features such as Rights Cloud and Distribution Cloud, all organizations are required to have verified their identity. This ensures no one can claim royalties on your behalf or distribute music on your behalf without your expressed consent.
 
If you are an individual (Songwriter, artist, manager, private individual, etc.)
You can easily verify your identity from your settings page following these simple steps

-       Open the right-side panel by clicking the menu button
-       Go to verification
-       Make sure all your personal information is saved in your organization settings
-       Click on begin verification process
-       You will be prompted by Persona, a globally compliant ID verification platform to fill in some information and submit a picture of your ID.
-       Once Persona has verified your identity, your organization’s identity will be locked, and you will be verified.
 
If you are a private company (Inc, LLC, Ltd, Pvt, BV, etc.)
 
-       Open the right-side panel by clicking the menu button
-       Go to verification
-       Make sure all your company’s information is saved in your organization settings
-       Upload your business’ registration documents
-       You will be contacted by a Releese representative from a @releese.io email address to finish the process.
-       If anyone contacts you from another domain than @releese.io, they are not part of Releese, even if they say they are.
-       Once we have verified your identity, your organization’s identity will be locked, and you will be verified.
